The Operations Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and oversight for production and packaging operations. Ensures safe, efficient, and compliant operations while driving results and building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and food safety excellence.

Requirements

• Supervise, coach, and develop production and packaging teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements
• Oversee production and packaging schedules to meet customer demand and efficiency targets
• Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and support audits
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, downtime, and defects
