Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High level of autonomy and self-motivation
- Ability to create and deliver technical presentations tailored to the audience's needs
- Strong understanding and belief in sales performance metrics
- Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft 365
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven experience in a sales engineering or business development role
