Job Description
Terefa, AE is seeking a Civil Engineer (Athens) to oversee and coordinate all aspects of a construction project. This includes scheduling, market research, technical specifications, problem detection, cost monitoring, and communication with Public Services. The role requires a meticulous, responsible, and decisive individual.
Requirements
- Supervises and coordinates the work, sub-contractors, and teams of the project.
- Provides market research on materials and drafts specifications and technical offers.
- Checks the scheme of study and corrects errors or omissions.
- Monitors costs and resolves technical problems.
- Checks sub-contractor certifications.
