Job Description
International Airport of Heraklion, Crete is seeking a dedicated Emergency Planning Manager to develop and implement procedures for managing an emergency. The role involves creating and maintaining an Aerodrome Emergency Plan, collaborating with stakeholders, training responders, and maintaining continuity of airport operations during emergencies. The company values safety, efficiency, and readiness to respond to unforeseen situations.
Requirements
- Develops the Aerodrome Emergency Plan based on regulations and best practices.
- Ensures the Aerodrome Emergency Plan is user-friendly and meets specific site requirements.
- Plans and conducts consultations with stakeholders to define roles and responsibilities.
- Ensures process alignment and identifies gaps.
- Develops training materials for first responders.
- Maintains and improves emergency procedures.
- Identifies and addresses potential emergency scenarios.
- Implements a corrective actions plan.
