Job Description
Ombudsman Educational Services is seeking On-call Substitute Teachers to join their award-winning team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will be responsible for increasing student achievement by implementing instructional practices and strategies endorsed by ChanceLight Education.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a closely related field of study
- Meet all state substitute teacher licensing and/or certification requirements
- Prior experience and/or highly knowledgeable in curriculum development, differentiation and instruction in a classroom setting
- Ability to think and act quickly and calmly in an emergency and make independent decisions
- Knowledge of relevant technology including experience with instructional technology, Microsoft Office Suite, database entry and basic office equipment
