Job Description
Omada Health is seeking a Technical Recruiter focused on supporting growth across engineering, data analytics, product, and design teams. The role involves full-cycle recruitment, candidate experience management, negotiation of offers, and process improvement. Requirements
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience
- Passion for helping companies scale and adaptability
- Strong business consulting/interviewing skills
- Creative and open-minded approach
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of ATS platforms (preferred)
- Knowledge of Google Suite
- Greenhouse or similar ATS experience (preferred)
