Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager, Net Revenue Management to join our Wellbeing Collective team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic portfolio assessments, optimizing pricing and pack architecture, and designing promotional strategies to drive profitable growth. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to maximize net revenue and margin performance.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in CPG Revenue Growth/NRM, Commercial Finance, or Sales Strategy
- Expert in price waterfall/NSR analytics
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with TPM/TPO tools and syndicated/retailer data
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Ability to solve problems and drive results
