Ollie is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Search to lead paid search efforts for Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Youtube, and other search platforms. The role focuses on end-to-end strategy and execution, driving long-term growth through data-driven campaigns and mentorship of junior team members. This is a remote position reporting to the Director of Growth.

• 6+ years of hands-on Paid Search/SEM experience
• Proven track record of performance outcomes
• Experience managing high-budget campaigns with measurable ROI
