We're hiring a RevOps Lead to be the operational backbone of our go-to-market engine. You'll work hands-on across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure our revenue processes, systems, and data are clean, aligned, and built to scale.
Requirements
- 4 to 7+ years of experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or a related analytics/ops role.
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM and GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience operating in a startup or SaaS environment.
- Strong project management skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset- you see problems and fix them.
