Psych Nurse Practitioner (Outpatient - Flex Sched)

Experienced Psych Nurse Practitioner needed 2-3 days per week in Portland, Oregon. Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adults and children in a community mental health clinic.

Requirements

• Psychiatric nursing or mental health experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of current trends and concepts of professional psychiatric practices
• Principles and practices of common health problems, mental health, clinical assessment, and continuity of patient care and community aspects of health services
• Ability to interface with mental health therapists and the medical community
• Bilingual, Spanish-English a plus
