Requirements

• Exercise individual initiative and independent actions to ensure high quality and comprehensive primary care
• Conduct a program of care with responsibility for examination, diagnosis and treatment of patients
• Obtain history and physical examinations of patients in an ambulatory setting
• Maintain appropriate and timely medical records on patients under care
