Job Description
Old Skull Games is a 60-person independent studio creating mobile, console, and PC games. They value autonomy, creativity, and continuous learning, employing Agile principles and OKR. They are seeking a passionate Game Director to define and carry the creative identity of their games, aligning with product vision and user needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Game Director or in a similar role in the development of games.
- Strong understanding of the principles of Game Design and creative processes.
- Solid experience with Agile/Scrum principles and a willingness to adopt them.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team and think creatively.
- Strong market sensitivity and product value assessment.
- Fluent in French and English.
