Job Description
Old National Bank is seeking a highly motivated Counsel to provide legal services to their clients and business leaders. This role focuses on labor and employment law matters, with a primary focus on supporting the People Team within the company. The ideal candidate will provide strategic legal advice, handle litigation, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.
Requirements
- Five + years’ experience practicing law full-time
- Admitted to practice and in good standing in the state of practice
- Ability to apply sound legal analysis and practical business judgment
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in-office within the Company’s footprint
