Job Description
Olam Agri, a top grain mill in Africa, is seeking a Maintenance Manager for its Tema, GH facility focusing on plant operations, particularly high-capacity pasta production lines. The role involves ensuring equipment reliability, maintaining OEE, managing TCO, and leading a skilled team. The company operates in the Ghana, Senegal, Cameroon and Nigeria pasta market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in maintenance management within a high-capacity pasta manufacturing environment
- Strong technical understanding of OEE, TCO, and equipment optimization strategies
- Proficiency in SAP ERP for maintenance management, spare parts tracking, and cost control
- Solid knowledge of utility systems, including boilers, chillers, and compressed air systems
- Excellent understanding of safety standards and ISO 22000 compliance
