Job Description
The Assistant Factory Manager assists the factory manager in the global management of the site: operational performance, safety, quality, maintenance, human resources and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Engineer / Industrial Management / Production)
- 10 to 15 years of experience in an industrial environment, including experience in team management
- Solid knowledge of industrial operations (production, maintenance, supply chain)
- Understanding of industrial QHSE issues
- Good level in project management, KPIs, budget, planning
- Very good level of English (advanced C1)
- Strong leadership and ability to federate
- Orientation towards results and problem-solving
- Rigour, organization, initiative
- Excellent communication and ability to influence teams
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
