Requirements

• 7+ years of HR experience
• Background as HR Business Partner, OD, C&B, and/or TD
• Experience working with C-suite executives in corporate governance groups
• Data-centric with the ability to analyze HR data
• Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on operational support
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Experience working effectively with global, remote teams across various time zones
