Associate Digital Learning & Platform Manager

The Associate Digital Learning & Platform Manager will oversee the learning portal and its integration with other self-service resources to create an intuitive and effective learning experience that drives product adoption and customer success. They will also be responsible for gathering feedback and leading the evolution of our learning platforms and connected systems to enhance the user experience and achieve business goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience administering and customizing a learning management system (LMS) -- Skilljar strongly preferred.
• Experience working in a project-based environment, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including developers, content teams, operations and IT.
• Experience and working knowledge of Salesforce.
