Ogilvy is looking for a Creative Planner to connect the strategic heart and creative soul of our campaigns. The role requires a deep analysis of markets, target groups, and trends to identify relevant insights and create convincing communication strategies.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in strategic planning/brand strategy in creative/digital agencies
- Passion for data analysis, pattern recognition, and derivation of action-relevant insights
- Deep understanding of people and their motivations
- Clear, concise, and inspiring communication of complex issues (especially with creatives and consultants)
- Sovereign appearance before customers and colleagues
- Experience in moderating multidisciplinary teams and workshops
- Understanding of excellent creation and its strategic nourishment/development
- Continuous search for new trends, tools, and thought processes
- Relevant university degree (e.g. marketing, communication science, psychology)
- Negotiation-secure German (C2) and fluent English
