Job Description
The Student Success Technical Support role provides technical support and mentorship to OffSec learners, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience. This role is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, guiding learners through OffSec's learning materials, and providing support in key areas such as networking, Linux, and Windows systems.
Requirements
- BS Degree of Computer Science or Information Security
- Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, Linux, and Windows systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail
- Experience in guiding or mentoring individuals in cybersecurity subjects
- Ability to develop and improve processes to drive operational efficiency
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
