Technical Vetting Contractor

We're looking for tech leads and managers to join OfferZen's code council to review tech assessments and conduct technical interviews. This is a flexible arrangement that allows you to commit as much time as you're able.

Requirements

• Conduct candidate technical vetting
• Review AI generated Assessments for specific positions
• Review & Grade candidate assessment submissions
• Conduct technical Interviews with candidates who pass the assessment
• Provide summaries (write-ups) of the candidate that can be submitted to the Customer
• Provide feedback to the Head of Technical Vetting on our technical vetting rigour and process
• Collaborate with the product team to improve platform tools and insights for tech vetting
• Document and maintain guidelines for assessments, scoring, and summaries
