Job Description
OfferZen is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their Product team. This role involves building impactful features, contributing to the SDLC, and mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of frontend and backend development, a passion for AI, and a commitment to clean, maintainable code.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in software development
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte) in a production environment
- Writing unit tests and creating documentation
- Experience with databases (MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL)
- AI Fluency with a focus on delegation, discernment, diligence, and background
