Job Description
OffDeal is building an AI-native investment bank and is looking for a Business Operations, GTM role to own execution across core GTM channels — partnerships, events, and outbound marketing. The role will work closely with the Head of GTM to turn strategic priorities into real outcomes.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting (MBB), or high-growth startup operations
- Relentless drive, sharp analytical chops, and the empathy to bring others along
- Highly structured in operations and turn complex initiatives into executable plans
- Proven end-to-end owner with a standard of greatness and delivered against it
- Relentless follow-through and low ego, high ownership
