Phlebotomist - Evening Shift

Obtains proper blood specimens from patients in the hospital, prepares specimens for reference laboratories, and assists technologists and other personnel.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience, preferably in a hospital setting
• Previous exposure to Emergency Room and trauma situations
• Basic medical terminology
• Understanding of medical ethics and handling of confidential information
