Job Description
The Head of Investment Banking at Odeon Capital Group will lead a team of professionals in driving growth through client relationships and expanding their footprint in the financial services industry. The role involves developing a comprehensive strategy, executing transactions, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Mentorship and team leadership are key responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in investment banking, with a proven track record in leadership.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and transaction structuring.
- Strong client network and business development acumen.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Series 7, 63, 79, and 24 licenses (or willingness to obtain prior to hire)
