This role involves coordinating tradeshows, webinars, customer engagements, and supporting broader marketing activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple projects and fostering collaboration.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, manufacturing, or related event planning.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing events.
• Proficiency in basic Demand Gen concepts.
• Comfortable working with data and producing basic reports.
• Knowledge of event industry trends and best practices.
• Results-oriented with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours for events
