ODAIA is a remote first organization that works with pharma commercial teams to grow their brands and engage with healthcare professionals. As a Technical Implementation Engineer, you will configure and implement our AI-driven platform to enable customer success, managing data-related activities and working with internal teams to define technical requirements.
Requirements
- 3 + years of experience with data migration and ETL tools
- 3 + years of experience utilizing large data technologies such as PySpark and Snowflake
- Strong proficiency in programming (e.g., Python, SQL), database management, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
- Knowledge of APIs and integration frameworks
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools (e.g., Veeva Vault, Salesforce) and standards
- Previous experience in the life sciences/pharma industry is a strong asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
