As Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing our operational business with optician partners and driving the expansion of internal structures through scalable processes. You will lead our Operations Team and serve as the central interface to other company departments, ensuring the successful implementation of our growth strategy.

Requirements

• Degree in a business-related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a dynamic environment
• Structuredness and ability to translate complex issues into clear workflows and responsibilities
• Hands-on mentality and implementation strength, paired with strategic foresight for sustainable solutions
• Affinity for introducing and managing tools for project and process management
• Desire to take on responsibility and actively shape the growth and development of our organization
