• Experience in demanding environments (scaling, performance, availability)
• Mastery of DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing patterns
• Security: knowledge of security issues (OWASP, authentication, encryption)
• DevOps: total ownership (costs, resilience, disaster recovery)
• Visionary on the product, you know how to say no
