Account Director, Sponsorship Marketing (Latin America) for Payment Services Client. Leading the development and growth of the client's sponsorship portfolio to support key initiatives across global sponsored properties and ambassadors in the payment services category.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience working with sponsorship properties, leagues, teams/clubs, ambassadors and/or influencers
- Proficiency with Spanish language is mandatory
- Strong understanding of the sports sponsorship space required
- Ambassador/talent activation experience required
- Football, music, F1 and esports experience is strongly preferred
- Experience developing and executing creative sponsorship activations that deliver measurable results
- Capacity to become knowledgeable on our client's industry, brand, and product offering
- Experience in creating exceptional integrated marketing programming in a client-facing role
- Previous work experience across a combination of strategic, logistical and tactical projects
- Exceptional work ethic, strong desire to succeed, and willingness to learn – intellectually curious
- Superior organizational skills with demonstrated initiative, ability to effectively problem solve and work effectively under pressure
- Strong self-starter with excellent team dynamics; exceptional sense to be proactive and jump in wherever needed
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team while also able to solve problems effectively and independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Excellent digital literacy, master of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work weekends or holidays as needed
