Job Description
Ocrolus is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design and architecture of machine learning systems, focusing on scaling production solutions and mentoring engineers. The role involves bridging the gap between technology and business goals, contributing to technical and organizational advancement, and addressing complex infrastructure and ML challenges within the fintech domain. This is a hands-on position involving strategic responsibility in determining the company's ML infrastructure and deployment protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field
- 7+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production
- Deep expertise in Python and at least one major ML framework (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
