Requirements

• 3–5 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or outbound sales/BDR roles
• Proven track record of running inbound and outbound campaigns
• Experience targeting B2B mid-market clients (insurance, fintech, or SaaS preferred)
• Strong copywriting and messaging skills
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and outbound prospecting platforms
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms, AI analytics)
