Requirements
- Operational management of the breeding department with team responsibility
- Ensuring the well-being of breeding animals through regular monitoring of system parameters and observations of breeding animal behavior
- Monitoring the proper placement, transfer, and removal of breeding animals
- Controlling and ensuring the technical functionality of the facility, as well as maintenance of the managed production facilities, including water sampling, measurements, and analysis of water parameters
- Management of operational materials from procurement to input into the cycle
- Submission, implementation, and analysis of research and development work
- Monitoring of hygiene regulations and scheduled cleaning work
