Job Description
The Assistant Shift Manager - Table Games reports to the Shift Manager, Table Games, at Ocean Casino Resort and is responsible for overseeing all table games operations during the assigned shift. This role involves supervising team performance, ensuring guest experiences, maintaining compliance, and fostering relationships.
Requirements
- 5 years+ of table games management experience
- Knowledge of casino-related environmental factors
- Availability to work holidays, weekends, flexible shifts, and/or unusual hours
- Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, decision-making, and problem solving skills
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
