Job Description
OBXtek is seeking an enthusiastic Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Instructor III to deliver instructor-led training on countermeasures technologies to security professionals. The role requires excellent communication skills and solid technical expertise in areas like Countersurveillance, Counterintelligence, and TCMC. Training materials development, curriculum creation, and performance evaluation are key responsibilities.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility Clearance
- Bachelor of Science or related degree
- 6+ years of countermeasures experience
- Proficiency in TSCM equipment and software (Spectrum Analyzer, Time-domain Reflectometer, X-ray)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
