Job Description
Observe is an AI-powered observability company that transforms how businesses detect anomalies, troubleshoot applications, and resolve incidents. They offer a cost-efficient data lake, unified user interface, and a single-language analytics engine. The company is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Engineer to partner with customers to implement Observe, ensuring successful adoption and driving value realization.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, consulting, or customer-side implementation roles.
- Strong background in observability, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps tooling (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering successful customer implementations of complex SaaS or observability platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Hands-on scripting/coding skills (Python, Go, Bash, or similar).
