UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a UX/UI designer to evolve the visual language and design infrastructure of The Observer, a digital newspaper in Portugal.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating and managing design systems in complex digital environments
• Absolute mastery of grids, typography, and design principles
• Minimalist and functional design approach, with a focus on information clarity
• Ability to think systemically and create scalable solutions
• Excellent communication skills with non-design stakeholders
