The CRM Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and implementing CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Requirements
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to CRM development teams
- Guide the customization and integration of CRM systems with other enterprise applications and data sources
- Develop and document architecture designs for CRM solutions
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs, workflows, and operational procedures
- Consult with management and users to determine the needs of the system
- Oversee implementation, coordinate testing and observe initiation of the system to validate performance
- Implement and follow the software development and program development life cycle
- Make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business applications
