Job Description
OakNorth is seeking a Senior Associate in Debt Finance to play a key role in supporting Directors throughout the entire transaction lifecycle. The role involves support in origination, execution, and maintaining the CRM, working with external teams and contributing to financial analysis and research. The position is mission-driven and focused on reshaping commercial banking.
Requirements
- A degree with specialisation in Finance, Accountancy, Economics or equivalent from a top recognised university
- Minimum 5 + years or equivalent of experience working with teams to support active front-office deal origination, execution and completion experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Resourceful problem solver with a focus on delivery
- Determined attitude to liaise and work with multiple external teams
- Clear thinker with research and analytical abilities
