Requirements

• 18 or older
• 2+ years experience leading sports, games, or recreation activities
• Archery instructor certification (or ready to get certified) and experience with archery programming
• Safety-aware, responsible, and able to lead groups of mixed ages and abilities
• Good communicator, organized, and comfortable working outdoors
• Friendly, flexible, and ready to help wherever needed
• Someone dependable who shows up on time and works hard
