As a Guest Services Event Staff, you will be an essential part of the Guest experience and help build memories that last a lifetime. Responsibilities will include ushering, ticket scanning, concourse customer service, greeter, bag checker, etc.

Requirements

• Experience in a hospitality or entertainment environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Positive attitude while handling difficult situations
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability
• Knowledge of arena emergency evacuation plan
