The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the delivery of recruitment activity across OAG, ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes and an excellent candidate experience.
Requirements
- Deliver the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely, high-quality hiring across a variety of roles.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand requirements, shape hiring strategies, and ensure consistent, inclusive selection processes.
- Proactively source and engage talent through direct sourcing, talent pools, and partnerships.
- Support the optimisation of the ATS and recruitment tools, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflows.
- Coordinate with external vendors and recruitment partners when required.
- Champion employer brand activity through content, campaigns, and candidate engagement.
- Provide recruitment training, coaching, and guidance to hiring teams to uplift capability.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience across all touchpoints.
- Work collaboratively with other Talent Acquisition Partners, sharing insights, best practices, and sourcing expertise.
- Support the Director of Talent and L&D and the wider business with workforce planning, talent mapping, and forecasting future hiring needs.
- Use recruitment data and analytics to highlight trends, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
- Contribute to strategic hiring initiatives, including DEI, early careers, talent pipelining, and employer brand development.
- Build and nurture relationships with universities, industry groups, and external partners to attract future talent.
- Represent the TA function in cross-functional People & Culture initiatives as required.
