Job Description
The Production Line Manager is responsible for managing the overall operation of a production line to maximize production performance within established health, safety, quality, and cost parameters. The role emphasizes team culture and continuous improvement to ensure efficient flow throughout the process.
Requirements
- BAC (engineering or relevant fields) or university degree in operations management, administration, or other related disciplines
- 3 to 5 years of experience in supervision / leadership of employees and process management in a manufacturing environment
- Bilingualism (French / English)
- Good knowledge of information systems and analytical data skills
- Strong team facilitation and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making visual presentations
