Job Description
WWAARC is seeking an Employment Specialist to provide support to individuals seeking employment, assisting with resume writing, job searching, interview preparation, and job coaching. The role offers paid training, employee discounts, and health insurance benefits. The position is full-time, 35 hours per week, with potential for evening and weekend shifts.
Requirements
- 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- WWAARC insurability standards
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Personal vehicle for providing services
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field (or Associate’s Degree with 1 year of experience)
- Experience working with individuals with IDD in a vocational setting
