Contracts Manager

The Contracts Manager is responsible for managing the overall contract obligation activities, including reporting, compliance, and penalties, for NWN to both strategic and non-strategic contract organizations. The role includes managing customer relationships throughout all engagement phases, establishing reasonable customer expectations through proactive and consistent communication and reporting, and helping customers realize their full potential with NWN by strengthening client relationships and improving the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of related experience in related area as an individual contributor.
• Extensive knowledge of the public sector contracts and department processes.
• Strong understanding of the contract life cycle, types of contracts, and applicable government regulations.
• Experience working in a multi-site, multi-disciplined matrix organization.
• Excellent communication skill, both written and oral.
• Comfortable, poised, and affable with senior level and/or C level executives, including NWN management.
