A well established engineering company is recruiting a dynamic, resourceful and solution orientated Junior HR / Payroll Administrator to join their team in Kempton Park, South Africa.
Requirements
- Matric
- Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources
- Minimum 5 years experience within a reputable Engineering Company
- Experience with Employee Onboarding, Payroll Administration, Performance Management, Discipline & Employee Relations, Employment Equity & BBBEE
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Browser. VIP Payroll, Finlock and Jarrison time)
