Senior Manager, Workplace Experience

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Manager, Workplace Experience to oversee events, amenities, and services while guiding global colleagues to improve the workplace experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a similar role within a complex multinational corporate environment
• 5+ years of leadership experience in developing and building employee engagement
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in facilities services management, vendor management, and contract negotiation within a global organization
• Strong customer service, presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in handling budgets, including capital budget justification, with financial and contract management experience
