Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related degree
• 1+ years of experience in Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Procurement
• Ability to prioritize multiple sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in cost reduction initiatives, supplier negotiations, and market analysis
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and operations teams
• Skilled in using logic and structured reasoning
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
• Familiarity with JDE, MRP/ERP systems, Sievo, Enovia, and Esker preferred
