Senior R&D Mechanical Engineer

We're looking for a Senior R&D Mechanical Engineer to join our team, who will advance our success and their own through innovation. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, 5+ years of relevant work experience, and proficiency in sizing and selecting components and their use in complex assemblies.

Requirements

• Proficiency in sizing and selecting components and their use in complex assemblies.
• Define and supervise prototype builds, testing, and external certifications, with some hands-on support as needed.
• Conduct simulations and analyses (e.g., CFD, FEA, FMEA) to validate product performance and reliability.
• Design and work with fabrication partners to ensure clean internal flow paths to prevent debris and corrosion in liquid cooling systems.
• Collaborate across design and operations teams to optimize manufacturability and meet internal/industry/customer standards such as ASME BPVC.
