Job Description
We're looking for a Customer Service Rep with French to provide expert support and guidance to clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- University diploma or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communication, or a related discipline)
- 3+ years of experience in an industrial customer service or customer support
- Excellent proficiency in French (both spoken and written) Level C1 required
- Self employed in English (both spoken and written) Level B2 required
- Experience in SAP; Sales Force is a plus
- Experience in digitalization of customer service processes is a plus
