Job Description
The Registered Dietitian will provide appropriate nutrition care to all ages, including neonates/pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Responsibilities include nutrition counseling, nutritional assessments, calculating nutritional requirements, physical exams, and community program participation. The position also contributes to a team-based, multi-disciplinary approach to patient care.
Requirements
- Complete nutrition assessment using evidence-based tools following the Nutrition Care Process.
- Execute planned nutrition counseling with the intent of changing a nutrition-related behavior.
- Demonstrate clinical competency through continuing education.
- Maintain and model Nuvance Health Values.
- Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
